October’s Featured Iced Coffee is Java Estate

After brewing Java Estate for service on ice the chocolate flavors remain, the acidity is a bit more muted, and the body becomes even more apparent. Chocolate pudding, graham cracker crust, hazel/caramel nougat will be the enjoyable flavors that coincide with the month of October.

More about Java Estate:
“Coffee was first introduced to the Indonesian island of Java in the 17th century by the Dutch East India Company. Production was so successful that by the 19th century java had become synonymous with coffee. At its best, Java Estate is typical of other Indonesian coffees, full bodied and extremely smooth, with a moderate to low acidity that puts the Java back in java.”
