New Wholesale Orderform

Attention, wholesale customers!

You may have noticed that online order forms have undergone some slight changes in the past month. We are now integrating wholesale customer order forms with our own accounting system to increase accuracy and speed of processing. Some new things you should be aware of:

+ There are now sections on the form specific to your account (like special parts, filters, etc. and fracs)
+ Private label coffees will now appear on the forms when applicable
+ Your order history will only go back to the date we switched the system (Aug. 1 2009)
+ Browser compatibility - although we do our best to accommodate all web browsers we strongly suggest using the latest versions of Safari, Firefox, and Google Chrome. If you are using Internet Explorer please upgrade to ie8 or, preferably, use one of the free browsers previously listed
+ To select a grind on the form, click the black “down” arrow next to the order box in the coffee section
+ If you would like to order multiple bags (same size) of a single coffee variety, each with a unique grind setting, click the plus (+) symbol next to the coffee name to add a new row
+ The field for adding notes/comments at the top of the page will be limited to 30 characters
+ There is now a Bin ID/Poster section where you can order individual Bin ID’s or the current monthly coffee special poster

If you have any problems with the form or ordering please do not hesitate to call or email us! If you are not currently using our online ordering system please consider doing so. We will be adding more functionality (reordering and template orders) soon so this is a great time to switch your ordering process. Thanks!
