December Special: Holiday Blend 2007
The fresh crop of El Castillo - our beloved coffee from Colombia - arrived at our roastery around the beginning of November, and we knew after one quaffed French press that we wanted to feature it in this year’s Holiday Blend. The sweet, clean, honeyed character of the Colombia combines seamlessly with the full-bodied, juicy Papua New Guinea and the buttery, winy Kenya AA. We then add a bit of Brazil Traditional Dry for additional body, roast flavor and dimension. The result is a dynamic yet pleasantly approachable cup o’ holiday joe!
