Alterra Baking Company is excited to announce the rollout of a new lunch and breakfast menu! Some of the tasty, new items (in addition to many of our longtime favorites) include:
* Gazpacho (great for summer!) with cilantro oil, thyme and cucumbers
* Sumatra Pork Burrito - locally-raised pork braised with Sumatran coffee & wrapped in a tortilla with tomato, jack cheese & chipotle rice
* Grilled Vegetable Burrito - sweet potatoes, carrots, zucchini, yellow squash, black & refried beans and Manchego cheese with chipotle rice
* Falafel Sandwich - homemade with tomato, onion & spinach on herb garlic flatbread
* Rosemary Turkey Sandwich - Usinger’s naturally smoked turkey, tomato basil cream cheese, spinach, provolone & bruschetta mix melted on rosemary ciabatta
* Florentine Egg Sandwich - eggs, spinach, tomato, goat cheese, basil, garlic & onion on honey oat bread
* Spicy Louisiana Tofu Hash - tofu, rainbow chard, potatoes, peppers, onion, garlic & tomato
We support local food sources and everything on our menu is homemade. Alterra proudly serves Nueske’s Smoked Meats, Kallas Honey, Vern’s Cheese, Sugar River Dairy and Usinger’s Famous Sausage.
